The space
Charming two story home on a quiet cul-de-sac west of the I-5 freeway in the quaint town of Solana Beach. Less than a mile to the beach and track, walking distance to Cedros Design District, restaurants and bars. Adjacent to San Elijo Lagoon
The kids room is stocked with bed, crib, and all the toys, books, bicycles (with child’s seat), scooter, sports equipment, and beach goods that any active family would need. Most importantly, we are located directly on the San Elijo lagoon which is full of hiking trails that lead down to the beach. We live in a culdesac with seven kids under the age of eight so it is a lot of fun here.

Amazing heaven house
This house was a touch of heaven for me and my family over the 3 weeks we stayed. It was amazing for my 3 young kids, with so much for them to explore, but was really enjoyable for me and my husband as well. Wonderful, kind, hosts and excellent location. Highly, highly recommend!

perfect house
We came with kids for a surf camp and this house was perfect! They had all the beach toys you would need plus some fun stuff to play in the quiet cul de sac. Great friendly neighbors and super helpful host. So close to great Solana Beach and good food!
Great place with natural house
This is a cozy, family-friendly house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach, hiking trails, shopping/groceries, and coastal social life. The beach (Fletcher Cove) is 4 minutes away (we timed it!) and hiking trails begin a few houses away. For anyone who loves nature, the beach, and a natural house (lots of wood!), this is a great place to stay. The hosts are very responsive and care about their guests. Their responsiveness and care really showed when we had a few hiccups and many questions that they promptly helped us resolve.
